About the Business
The majority of my business is "domestic", working for private individuals in their homes. I'm usually booked up a month or so in advance (but if you have an urgent job, it's always worth contacting me anyway). Although I started out on my own as a "sole trader", I now have a small "virtual team". Some of them run specialist businesses of their own (e.g. Others are "extra pairs of hands" who I call in on a part-time/occasional basis to help get through the volume of work.
Who I call in will depend on the nature of the work and the skills of the person involved, but in all cases I will always be on-site to supervise, unless I have made other specific arrangements with you, the customer, in advance. I take great pride in the fact that already almost half of my jobs are repeat business from existing customers, so I must be doing something right!
