Peggram Contracts Limited is a family run company based in Romford, Essex. We are building contractors who specialise in property repair, alteration and refurbishment services. Our family have been in the construction trade since the 1940's, undertaking various building services ranging from repairs to new build construction. We undertake work for private clients, property managing agencies, property developers, architects and building surveyors. Our projects include individual flats and houses, blocks of flats, large converted properties containing multiple dwellings, shops, offices, schools, industrial units, hospitals and student accommodation. We offer our services in the areas of London, Essex and Hertfordshire however if you have a project outside these areas please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss your requirements.
