Riley & Co were established and founded in 1991 by Managing Director Des Riley. We are proud of our company's traditional core values in providing quality, reliability, value and client satisfaction throughout the last two decades. We are a well-structured and organized company, at the heart of which is our diverse directly employed team. All our operatives and management have undergone a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks (formerly a CRB check), enabling us to work safety with young and vulnerable people.
We encourage them to excel in their appropriate skills on every level and motivate individuals to promote a courteous and professional service to all our existing and future clients. We engage them on various training schemes, while developing our capabilities to meet the changing needs of the industry. We are innovative in our methods of working with regards to health, safety, training and client relations which we believe enhance our abilities as a genuine contractor.
